When I was younger, I was not the biggest shoe fan. I never understood the women that owned dozens of pairs of shoes and were constantly buying more. I basically wore the same five pairs and was totally content with that. However, that has changed and I have been on a shoe kick lately. I especially love winter shoes as I am all about boots for keeping your feet warm (and fashionable) in the cold/wet weather. Today, I’m sharing ten shoe styles that I have recently purchased or have had my eye on. I think they would be great for the winter season (and your Christmas wish list!), and several options are currently on sale! Happy shopping!

one | last night, I was browsing Nordstrom’s website and these boots instantly caught my eye. This style is definitely on-trend and I love the color – great neutral that will go with so many things! They also come in a pretty green shade.
two | if you don’t already own a pair of Hunter rain boots, I highly recommend them! They are a great sturdy rain boot that keep your feet nice and dry and are well worth the price for the quality. I own the gloss option, but I think I prefer the matte. They also come in several other colors, such as a nice hunter green.
three | I purchased these booties from Macy’s during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale and I love them! I went for the blush color as I love a fun pop of color with a shoe to jazz up an outfit. These come in several colors and are currently on sale for under $50!
four | these burgundy heels from Old Navy are another pair I purchased on Black Friday. If you couldn’t tell, I’m a huge fan of burgundy, especially for this time of year – such a festive color in my opinion! I haven’t worn these heels yet but they are really cute on, and I think they’d be great for a holiday party.
five | I recently spotted these rain boots from Sperry on Nordstrom’s site and I think they are so cute! I don’t really need a new pair of rain boots, but I really want these. The beige shade is my favorite.
six | I’ve been seeing these Sam Edelman boots all over social media lately. I love the style of them so I figured I’d share them as well. If you didn’t purchase them during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, they are currently on sale for $150.
seven | I’m waiting for these to come in the mail, but I’ve been looking for an affordable pair of moccasins and these look perfect! I’m planning a trip to the snow and thought these would be great for lounging around the cabin while staying warm (or just around our freezing SF apartment!). I decided to order the toffee color, although the navy shade also looks pretty.
eight | I couldn’t choose between the blush colored booties I mentioned before and this burgundy pair from Nordstrom, so naturally, I got both! These are a bit taller than the blush ones, but they do feel comfortable to walk in. They come in several other colors and are on sale for under $60.
nine | I needed a new pair of snow boots for the previously mentioned snow trip, and have heard great things about the SOREL boots. I decided to order this pair and I think they look really stylish for a snow boot. They are very heavy duty (i.e. heavy and pretty clunky), which may make walking a bit challenging. But I think they will keep your feet nice and warm in the snow, which is what’s most important!
ten | if you’re looking for an affordable pair of booties, look no further! My friend recommended Charlotte Russe’s boots to me, and I really like them. I own these in both the black and brown shades and can confirm that they are both cute and comfortable (and under $40!). Charlotte Russe also regularly has 50% off sales for all of their shoes.
