Old Navy Activewear

jacket | moto leggings | Nike’s (old)

One of my favorite spots in San Francisco is Crissy Field. Every few weeks, I try to make time to head here and walk/run along the path towards the Golden Gate Bridge – the views are beautiful! It’s also great people watching as it is a popular spot with both locals and tourists alike. We got a break from the rain on Saturday, so I changed into a favorite workout outfit of mine and headed out.

As is typical with San Francisco, the day started out sunny and warm, but soon enough the clouds started rolling in and the temperatures dropped. I always make sure to bring a jacket with me, because you never know when you’ll need it. On this day, my jacket of choice was this fitted zip-up style from Old Navy. I wear it all the time and always get compliments on it. I think it has a very flattering shape, and I love the subtle herringbone print. For sizing, it is quite tight so you might want to size up depending on preference. It’s currently on sale and is starting to sell out in some sizes. It also comes in a darker color which looks quite nice too.

My olive moto leggings are also from Old Navy. At first, I wasn’t sure how I felt about the moto legging trend, but I really like them! The style along with the color is a fun change from the typical black leggings that I normally wear. They are also a great dupe for the Alo Yoga moto leggings – several friends have commented on how similar they look! I haven’t personally tried Alo Yoga leggings yet, so I can’t compare them in terms of quality and fit, but I love the fit of these Old Navy leggings. The compression style sucks everything in and the high-waisted band makes them very flattering. The olive color is mostly sold out, but there are still plenty of sizes available in grey, mauve, and black.

Old Navy has been killing it with the activewear lately! I have been buying their workout styles for years and the quality has just been getting better and better. In some cases, I actually prefer their clothes to others I have purchased from high-end activewear companies, especially given the price!

Have you tried out Old Navy activewear before? Let me know!
