What I Wore Wine Tasting in Paso Robles/SLO

dress (similar) | scarf

For my birthday earlier this month, my family and I headed down to the Paso Robles/San Luis Obispo area for the weekend to go wine tasting. It was a perfect weekend – the weather was beautiful, the vines were showing off their fall colors, and the wines were delicious! A full post on all the wineries we visited will be up soon! In the meantime, I wanted to share all of my outfits. Here are all the details on what I wore wine tasting in Paso Robles/SLO!

Day 1

As it was so warm on this weekend, I opted to wear a few of my summer favorites with a bit of a fall twist. This skirt has been a favorite of mine this fall (I’ve shared it before on IG) – I love the rust color! The exact one I’m wearing is currently sold out from Target, but I found this style from Free People that looks similar! This tie-belt option from Asos also looks really cute!

My denim jacket is old from H&M – this option from Kut from the Kloth looks really similar. Underneath, I’m wearing a simple white bodysuit.

To give the outfit more of a fall vibe, I wore my favorite cognac riding boots that are many years old (also seen here). This pair from Unisa looks similar and I also think this style from Cole Haan looks cute! For the accessories, I purchased my scarf while we were in China, but I found this similar one from Max Studio. And lastly, my cognac purse is a new favorite from H&M!

Day 2

I purchased this exact olive dress from Abercrombie over the summer, and I love the button-down and tie-waist style! As it’s from the summer, it is no longer available. However, I found several similar styles online (here, here, here, and here).

In the morning, I wore this beige fringe cardigan that I borrowed from my mom. It’s from an online boutique called Jane that has daily deals – it’s currently on sale for just $22! When it got warmer, I took off the cardigan and added this fall-colored scarf. The scarf is also my mom’s – she has some really cute things! I wanted to keep it because it’s so cute, but unfortunately, she wasn’t willing to part with it haha. Here are a few other cute scarf options for fall: here, here, and here.

Day 3

This has been one of my favorite casual fall looks for warmer weather days! This rust floral dress is so cute and perfect for the fall! It’s from Target and is still fully stocked and currently 30% off! I paired it with the same denim jacket from the first day. I love adding denim jackets to dresses – it gives a more laid-back vibe and adds some warmth!

The weather has been getting chillier in the Bay Area, so it’s starting to actually feel like fall around here. However, I had been enjoying the warmer temperatures and having an excuse to continue wearing some of my summer favorites! If you’re planning your own wine tasting getaway, I hope you find it helpful to see what I wore wine tasting in the fall!
